I doubt you can run even the older one (Tomb Raider 2013) with low settings on 20 fps .. So I guess no. It's automatic, shift is for dodge/roll, you can toggle walk if you like but there is no button to hold to sprint unless in multiplayer. It auto runs in this game. If you hold leftshift in rise of the tomb raider you can run tho I think thats where people get that from. Hope this helps :)
