Yes, that's backwards I think, the siping is supposed to push the water to the side of the tire and the way yours are aimed as the motorcycle goes forward the water will be pushed towards the middle of the tire. 2. level 2. The E3 looked in good condition then but wore the middle of the tread out quickly as I used it.
